SELS also offers customisation of products to better fit our customers’ overall building design and layout. Especially with the introduction of cloud-monitoring, SELS is able to provide responsive technical support and product replacement services to our customers to ensure that their emergency lighting infrastructure is highly reliable. This is part of SELS’s mission of delivering product and service excellence through innovation and reliability to constantly push the product value frontier for to serve our customers better (see Figure 6 below).
